Fatimah and Haide’s journey began as friends who soon discovered how naturally they worked together. Beyond motherhood, they shared a deep belief in the power of early education and recognised the need for a place where children could feel safe, inspired, and ready to begin school with confidence and joy.

With Haide’s extensive experience in education, including years of running a successful learning centre, and Fatimah’s creativity and design vision, their talents came together seamlessly. What began as heartfelt conversations over shared dreams grew into a mission to create a school readiness academy that blends structure with warmth, professionalism with care, and knowledge with empathy.

With Haide’s extensive experience in education, including her years of running a successful learning centre, and Fatimah’s creativity and design vision, their strengths naturally complemented each other. What started as conversations between friends grew into a mission to create a school readiness academy that blends structure with heart, professionalism with warmth, and knowledge with empathy.

Meet Our Founders

Haide Sia Sulfaro

Haide is the heart behind Mini Scholars Academy a mother of two, an experienced educator, and a passionate advocate for children’s growth. With over 15 years in the education industry, including 9 years as the owner of the Kumon Fairfield Education Centre, she brings both expertise and love into everything she does. Her academic background in Computer Science and Tourism Management has given her the discipline and structure to run a successful learning centre, but it is her deep emotional intelligence and nurturing nature that truly set her apart.

Compassionate, caring, and driven by integrity, Haide is more than an educator she is a mentor, cheerleader, and role model for both children and parents. She believes education is about much more than academics; it’s about helping children grow into confident, capable learners who embrace change and challenges with courage.

As a mother, she understands the struggles families face, particularly busy mums who find it difficult to teach their children at home. This empathy inspires her to create programmes that not only prepare children for school but also support families in the process. Her love of growth and change ensures Mini Scholars Academy is always evolving, adapting, and improving to meet the needs of the community.

Hardworking yet fun, professional yet warm, Haide brings a rare balance of emotional intelligence, strong leadership, and genuine care. She is especially gifted at motivating children sparking their curiosity, encouraging their efforts, and helping them believe in themselves even when tasks feel challenging. To her, every child has strengths worth celebrating, every family deserves encouragement, and every milestone, no matter how big or small, is a victory to be proud of.

Fatimah Fadam

Fatimah is the driving force and visionary leader behind Mini Scholars Academy, a mother of three, and a passionate advocate for nurturing children with care, confidence, and curiosity. With a strong background in Interior Architecture and Interior Design, she brings a unique creative perspective to education, seeing every learning space as an opportunity to inspire and every program as something to be crafted with intention and detail.

Her journey into education began not in lecture halls but at home as a mother. Through raising her own children, Fatimah discovered the profound importance of patience, communication, and emotional connection in a child’s development. These experiences shaped her belief that education is about more than academic skills it is about fostering independence, resilience, and joy in learning.

Affectionate, intuitive, and deeply committed, Fatimah balances professionalism with a warm, motherly approach that instantly puts children at ease. She believes that when children feel safe, valued, and encouraged, they naturally develop the confidence to thrive.

As co-founder, Fatimah drives the Academy’s vision, direction, and identity, ensuring that Mini Scholars Academy blends structure with creativity, professionalism with beauty, and strategy with heart.
